The apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. I loved the convenience of having an in-unit washer and dryer. The location was fantastic, right across from a park and within walking distance of restaurants and stores.
There were some issues that affected my stay. The neighbors were extremely loud at 4:30 AM, and despite the management's efforts, they couldn't do much to resolve the noise.

The apartment was fantastic, fully equipped and very spacious. The pool area was great with plenty of seating and not too crowded. The free parking was a huge advantage and the size of the kitchen and living areas were impressive. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and near a beautiful park. The automated check-in process was organized and easy to follow. The customer support was attentive and friendly.
The cleanliness of the apartment was subpar, with dirty floors and dusty surfaces. The cleaning job was not thorough, despite the response from online support.

The rooms were bright and gorgeous with soaps, futon couch in living area and all the comforts, just what was needed. Besides, the location was amazing for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Lodo.

The room was perfectly clean with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a coffeemaker, a dining area and a seating area. The view here was pleasant. Location: the hotel was next to the park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and the restaurants, shopping, and ballpark. Being near Birdcall was nice, we had dinner there😃😀
The hotel staff was not very helpful.
